Who We Are

Amici Associates, LLC is a small agency located in the Upper Valley of Vermont that provides wrap around services for individuals with emotional, behavioral and/or developmental disabilities.  
 
Amici began as the dream of Elia (Al) Vecchione and his son Leo Vecchione as an option designed to provide intentional and supportive services for individuals who have exhausted other avenues of intervention and were in need of a wrap-around approach to changing behavior.

Our staff is comprised of a group of fun loving, competent professionals who work hard to provide a stable, compassionate living environment for the individuals that we serve.

What We Do

Direct Support Services
As a small but thriving agency, Amici works from an approach that provides direct support to the individuals who we serve.  Based on a home care provider model, staff members work to integrate our folks into the broader community, and includes vocational, recreational, educational and social components.  Each of our teams work together with a plan specifically tailored to meet the needs of each individual.  Our work is based on current research trends related to brain development and positive change.  

Consultation and Training
Amici continues to provide consultations on a case by case basis, and trainings for a variety of different mental and developmental health professionals.  We are an invaluable resource in the field of developmental and behavioral disabilities.  Contact Leo at [email protected] for more information and to discuss your needs.
